Well packed

Excellent packaging and customer service. I ordered several different sizes and all glass was fairly thick and not super fragile. Well worth the purchase. You can’t go wrong working with this company Looking forward to displaying them with floating candles on my tables at my wedding

I asked that you take

I asked that you take my name off mailing list as I purchased 36 additional candles when I received the box of 9 that I purchased and one was broke. Due to not being able to return I purchased the additional 96 candles needed elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

I purchased 45 vases for a upcoming party (center pieces). Only 2 of those were broken; that is pretty good. I was able to get the other 2 replaced so that was good. Thank you for your feedback! We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed in the Eastland Cylinder Vases being dusty. As the vases come directly to our distribution center from their factory and then on to our customers, the boxes are not opened or compromised to ensure the protection of the products inside. Storage and transit can allow dust to collect, unfortunately. We do recommend washing the clear vases for the best appearance of course. The vases are machine-washable. - Customer Service Team

When I received my order,

When I received my order, one out of 36 were broken. No worries.
I ordered a replacement for the one.
It can undamaged however I did notice it was not an exact match.
It was lighter in weight and not the same quality.
