Without my even asking, Quick Candles refunded the cost of the candles, something I didn't feel was necessary since the fault was probably mine. This year, I had some questions about the LED lights before I bought them. When I called the customer service number, I got a very friendly, helpful lady (who actually spoke English :-) ) and she answered all my questions.
